PRODUCT LAUNCH / MEDIA & CREATORS / HIGH-PRESSURE DELIVERY
Product launchStrategy, content, guests, production, media, creators and live command moved in parallel, giving a high-attention launch both visual quality and delivery discipline.

The preparation window was only three weeks. Launch content, European media and creator outreach, venue and stage, technical systems, product experience, guest journeys and suppliers all had to lock together.
We divided the launch into four connected workstreams: content and show flow, guests and communications, production and technology, and venue operations. One narrative, one critical-path schedule and one risk model kept them aligned.
The team built the information structure, run of show, media and creator journey, then controlled change through lock dates, budget tracking and multi-party reviews. On site, a central command, technical rehearsals, media check-in, interview coordination and contingencies protected delivery.
Media and creators were designed into the communication chain rather than treated as spectators. Invitations, interview windows, experience points and capture plans enabled rapid follow-on coverage and social content.
