Our role

  • Launch strategy and theme
  • Media invitation and live service
  • Creator streaming and experience
  • Stage and spatial coordination
  • Technical rehearsal and live control
  • Post-event amplification
01THE CHALLENGE

The challenge

Portable power can easily become a specification comparison. Media, channel partners, creators and consumers needed to understand the product and feel why the brand belongs in outdoor life.

02THE DECISION

The decision

One route used concentrated orange, lasers and a high-energy stage. The other turned the venue into an immersive premium camping environment where each touchpoint reflected a real product scenario.

03EXECUTION CONTROL

Execution control

The team moved from launch strategy and theme to stage, space, product experience and show flow, while coordinating media, creator streaming, guest operations, technical rehearsals and content capture.

04AMPLIFICATION

Amplification

Exhibition launch, media relations, live streams and follow-on content shared one rhythm. Creators generated work through real experience, media received a clear story and live footage became an owned asset.

HOW WE MOVED

Project path

01

Define the feeling

Define the emotion and memory the audience should take away.

02

Design the experience

Make stage, space, product and program tell the same story.

03

Extend the echo

Extend the launch through media, live content and captured assets.
