Three electric SUVs had to deliver brand presence, product experience, media service and business conversation in a dense international show while traffic, vehicle movement, technical systems and the VIP area remained coordinated.
A restrained architectural volume and clear journey created recognition. Screen, vehicle display, interaction and the VIP area each served one task: notice, understand, experience and discuss.
The team planned the visitor journey, vehicle logistics, exhibit testing, media reception, creator visits, live activities, content capture, VIP operations and daily inspection through role handbooks and a live command sheet.
Experience points, interview positions and camera views were planned early so the stand could keep generating material for media and social audiences beyond the venue.

Design distinct journeys for media, creators, clients and visitors.
Coordinate vehicles, exhibits, activities, reception and live roles.
Plan interviews, camera positions and post-event assets in advance.
