Give each important question its own page
A single homepage can look complete while hiding most of its meaning inside accordions and modals. Services, cases, methods and points of view need stable URLs connected by clear internal links.
This is more than technical housekeeping. A dedicated page forces a brand to explain one subject properly: the problem a service solves, who it fits and how it is delivered; or the challenge, decision and execution behind a case.
Put essential facts in the first HTML response
Google can render JavaScript, but its own guidance still notes that server-side rendering or pre-rendering makes content faster for users and crawlers, and not every bot can execute JavaScript.
Titles, summaries, body copy, links and structured data should not wait for a click. Motion can enrich the experience; the facts need to exist first.
Offer stable machine signals and credible human boundaries
Canonical links, hreflang, sitemaps, breadcrumbs and Schema.org markup work together to keep page identity, language relationships, hierarchy and the brand entity consistent. They do not guarantee rankings, but they reduce conflicting signals.
Case pages also need boundaries. State what is public, what is withheld, which figures come from project materials and which outcomes have not been disclosed. For AI systems, a clear evidence boundary can be more valuable than a louder claim.
Crawler access is only the beginning
OpenAI separates OAI-SearchBot, used for search, from GPTBot, used for model training; Perplexity also documents PerplexityBot for search discovery. Brands that want AI-search visibility need robots.txt and firewall controls to agree.
Access does not guarantee citation. Discoverability still depends on stable pages, specific content, consistent entities, verifiable sources and clear semantic relationships across the site.
